Waldwick only Elementary school in Bergen County to receive Blue Ribbon!

Waldwick's Traphagen School has been designated a National Blue Ribbon school district. Waldwick was the ONLY elementary school to receive this designation in Bergen County in 2009.

I guess we can say that Waldwick has the #1 elementary school in Bergen County in 2009!

Liberty 100 Realty Maintains #1 Position in Waldwick

Liberty 100 Realty maintains its #1 position as the top SELLING individual real estate office for 2006,2007 and 2008.

Liberty's agents are continuing to "pound the pavement" with buyers showing them homes from 4pm to 8pm on weekdays and all day Saturday and/or Sunday. We have 10-MacLaren, 109 Grove Street, 96 Lincoln Place and 41 Ackerman under contract. Its a matter of days before we announce more listings and more homes pending.

Liberty and its agents are actively involved with Waldwick providing help in real money. The office donated money toward the 10' scoreboard; Judy O'Brien sponsored the HCA Park event, etc.

There are 56 homes for sale in Waldwick as of this writing (and one under atty review.)

Judy O'Brien just closed on a wonderful Colonial in Waldwick. Judy O'Brien sold the same family a gorgeous Colonial in an executive neighborhood in Ramsey. Since the family has a 3rd grader and a 4th grader, they decided it would be best to move their children into the Ramsey School now vs. later. Guess what? According to the mom, the children's math progress from Traphagen School was ahead of Ramsey... way ahead! (I will try and gather more specifics on this issue)
